Please read them carefully to understand your rights, responsibilities, and the framework that governs your experience on Crypto Mart Auction.

1. Platform Overview

Crypto Mart Auction is a decentralized P2P auction system that enables users to participate in secure, time-bound investment auctions. All transactions are conducted exclusively in USDT (BEP-20) for speed, transparency, and reliability.

2. User Responsibilities

2.1 Bidders (Buyers)

• Complete payment within 5 hours of winning an auction.

• Upload valid proof of payment immediately after payment.

• Non-payment or delay beyond the 5-hour limit may result in suspension or account restrictions.

2.2 Sellers

• Confirm receipt of funds within 5 hours of notification.

• If no action is taken within 5 hours, the system will automatically confirm payment.

• Sellers may report suspected fake or invalid payments for admin review.

2.3 Wallet Requirements

• Only BEP-20 USDT wallets are supported.

• Users may update their wallet address once every 7 days.

• Any loss from using an unsupported network (e.g., ERC-20, TRC-20) is solely the user’s responsibility.

⚠️ Important: Sending funds to the wrong network will result in permanent loss. Crypto Mart Auction bears no responsibility for such errors.

3. Transaction Guidelines

• All auctions are time-bound and display clear terms before participation.

• Buyers must ensure they have sufficient USDT balance before bidding.

• Disputes must be raised within 24 hours after a transaction closes.

• Admin dispute decisions are final and binding.

4. Account Management

• Users must provide accurate KYC documents when requested.

• Accounts showing suspicious activity may be restricted or suspended.

• Wallet updates require Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).

• Accounts inactive for 6 months or more may be archived for security reasons.

5. Fees and Charges

• ✅ No platform fee on successful auctions.

• ✅ No deposit or withdrawal fees.

• ❌ Attempted chargebacks attract a $50 penalty and may lead to account suspension.

6. Dispute Resolution

If you encounter a transaction issue:

1. Flag the transaction via the platform.

2. Provide all relevant evidence (transaction hash, screenshots, chat logs, etc.).

3. Admins review disputes within 72 business hours.

4. Complex cases may require video verification.

5. Admin decisions may involve fund reversal, account limits, or other corrective actions.

7. Risk Disclosure

• Cryptocurrency and auction investments involve inherent risks.

• Past performance does not guarantee future results.

• Crypto Mart Auction is not responsible for market volatility or changes in asset value.

• Users are fully responsible for complying with local tax laws.

8. Prohibited Activities

Engaging in the following will result in immediate termination:

• Fraud or money laundering

• Multiple accounts for manipulation

• Market tampering or unfair practices

• Submitting false payment proofs

• Using VPNs/proxies to bypass restrictions

9. Amendments to Terms

Crypto Mart Auction may revise these Terms with 30 days prior notice. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

10. User Conduct Agreement

By using Crypto Mart Auction, you agree to:

• Provide accurate registration & KYC information

• Keep account credentials confidential and secure

• Take full responsibility for all activities under your account

• Use the platform ethically, legally, and without disruption

11. Payments & Refund Policy

• All payments made on Crypto Mart Auction are final and non-refundable.

• Disputes must be raised through the dispute resolution process within the given timeframe.

12. Limitation of Liability

Crypto Mart Auction is not liable for:

• Loss of funds, data, or profits

• Downtime, delays, or technical interruptions

• Consequential damages from platform use

13. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts if terms are violated or suspicious activity is detected.
